Warranty Conditions

1) The warranty period starts from the delivery of the goods and is 2 years.

2) Warranty documents that are not stamped and signed by the seller/dealer with the sales date are invalid.

3) All parts of the goods are under the guarantee of our company during the warranty period, except for the damages and malfunctions (scratches, breaks, ruptures, etc.) caused by usage errors and usage contrary to the usage and maintenance instructions in the User’s Manual.

4) Consumables and parts that wear out, wear out, lose their function due to contamination, and damage and malfunctions caused by the loss of function of these parts are not covered by the warranty.

5) In case of intervention by persons other than the Authorized Service, the entire product is out of warranty.

6) Failures that may occur due to voltage drop or increase are not covered by the warranty.

7) In the event that the product fails within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The repair time of the goods is a maximum of 20 working days. This period starts from the date of notification of the malfunction of the goods to the service station, and in the absence of a service station to one of the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer-manufacturer of the goods. Consumer’s fault notification; telephone, fax, e-mail, registered letter with return receipt or similar means. However, in case of dispute, the burden of proof lies with the consumer. If the defect of the goods is not corrected within 10 working days, the manufacturer-manufacturer or the importer; Until the repair of the good is completed, it has to allocate another industrial good with similar characteristics to the use of the consumer.

8) Working days: working days excluding national, official and religious holidays and New Year’s Day, 1 May and Sunday.

9) In the event that the product malfunctions during the warranty period, due to material and workmanship or assembly errors, it will be repaired without any charge under any other name, such as labor cost, replacement part cost or any other name.

10) Despite the consumer’s right to repair;

  1. a) Faults at least four times within a year, six times within the warranty period determined by the manufacturer-manufacturer and/or importer, provided that it remains within the warranty period from the date it is delivered to the consumer, as well as making these faults permanent not to benefit from the goods,
  2. b) Exceeding the maximum time required for repair,
  3. c) In case the service station is not available, the consumer may request a free replacement of the goods, a refund or a discount at the rate of defect, in cases where it is determined that the repair of the fault is not possible with a report to be issued by one of the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer-manufacturer, respectively.
  4. d) Sellers, dealers or agents are responsible for ensuring that the warranty certificate of the sold goods is approved and given to the consumer and also to prove that this obligation is fulfilled.

11) Invoices for the goods sold do not replace the warranty certificate. However, the invoice issued as a result of the repair and replacement of parts at the service stations replaces the warranty certificate, provided that it contains the warranty conditions stipulated by this regulation.

12) For problems that may arise regarding the Warranty Certificate, the Ministry of Customs and Trade, General Directorate of Protection of Consumer and Competition can be applied.
